Charu (Founder)
SPIN INSTRUCTOR
I got into fitness after having my first daughter, and about 10 years ago I discovered indoor cycling. At first I wasn’t sure about it, but it quickly became something I truly loved—spin helped me relieve stress, stay grounded, and actually enjoy working out. Over time, it became such an important part of my life that I decided to start teaching after many years as a student. I love being able to share that feeling with others and create a fun, welcoming space where everyone can move at their own pace (and even practice a little English). I was born and raised in Okinawa and have spent time between Japan and the U.S. through my international marriage. With a background in the beauty industry, four daughters, and eight grandchildren who call me “CC,” I really believe in living a life full of health, joy, and connection.

TIELA
SPIN & YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Born and raised in Okinawa, I feel most connected when I’m near the ocean, and that same sense of grounding carries into the way I move and teach. Yoga is my main passion—it’s where I find balance, presence, and connection—but over time, spin has become another love of mine, bringing energy, rhythm, and a different kind of challenge. I truly enjoy teaching both, and creating a space where people can move, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

Kali
SPIN INSTRUCTOR
I didn’t get into fitness because I had discipline—I got into it to build it. After years of inconsistency, everything shifted when the gym became my anchor and I learned true body awareness, control, and confidence. Fitness stopped being about shrinking and became about ownership. After moving to Japan, I became a certified personal trainer to help others build that same connection. Then I found spin—the music, rhythm, and energy—and it clicked. I taught until 10 days before giving birth and was back two months postpartum, because this is more than what I do—it’s who I am. My classes are intentional and designed to challenge you physically and mentally—you’ll sweat, connect, and leave stronger.
